Two-component lightweight foamed concrete system for creating medium-density floors while reducing dead load on structures.
TekniFloor LWFC is a is a 2-component system comprising powder and pre-foamed liquid supplied together as a set, requires only the addition of water and mixing at the site to obtain medium density fine concrete / mortar at the site. It is developed by injecting large voids into the mortar mass or concrete through a chemical reaction. A medium density of 1400 ± 50 Kg/m3 can easily be achieved at the site, thus ideal for constructing additional floor on top of older or even newer structures as it greatly reduces the dead load being transferred from one floor to the next in the buildings. Due to its lightweight, low thermal conductivity and higher heat resistance commonly used to insulate walls, rooftops, steel structures against rot, etc.,
