Proofex 3000MR is a cold applied, flexible, methane resisting and waterproof high performance membrane incorporating an aluminium layer and a polymer modified bitumen compound on a high strength polymer backing film. Where methane, radon or CO is present, a comprehensive site survey must be carried out and the building constructed accordingly. Refer to Building Research Establishment Report 212 and CIRIA Guide 149 for further information. Proofex 3000MR should be laid in accordance with the provisions of BS 8102:2009.
